New Stratus Energy Announces Amendment of Warrants

Calgary, Alberta, April 23, 2020 – New Stratus Energy Inc. (TSX.V - NSE) (“New Stratus” or the “Corporation”) announces that it has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) for an extension of the expiry date of certain of its outstanding common share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”). The application seeks TSXV approval of the extension of the expiry date from May 3, 2020 to May 3, 2022 of the 10,000,000 Warrants issued on May 3, 2017 and having an exercise price of $0.10 per Warrant.
